How Do I Get Emergency Dental Care?
When you have a dental emergency, step one should always be to call our office. One of our team members will listen as you describe your symptoms; they’ll then give you first-aid recommendations and schedule an emergency appointment for you. In many circumstances, we will be able to see you on the same day as your call in order to ensure that the issue is treated as promptly as possible.
Life-threatening dental complications should be handled by the emergency room. Please call 911 right away if you have unstoppable oral bleeding, a broken jaw, or swelling that makes it difficult to swallow or breathe.
How Do I Find the Best Place to Get Dental Work Done?
Many people pick dental offices based on factors such as location, hours, the specific services offered, and whether their dental insurance plan will be accepted. Think about what matters to you, then make a list of the criteria that you want your new dental office to meet. When you find a practice that seems to match what you’re looking for, check their website to get a feel for their approach to care. You can also read their online reviews in order to get the perspective of patients who have already visited them.
How Much Does It Cost to Get a Tooth Pulled Without Insurance?
As you can probably guess, the answer to this question can vary depending on what practice you go to. On top of that, there are several factors that can influence the cost of a tooth extraction, including:
- Which teeth have to be removed.
- The number of teeth being removed.
- Which tooth replacement method (if any) is used to fill in the gap afterward.
It’s worth noting that wisdom tooth extractions tend to cost more than regular tooth extractions, and in some cases they may require us to refer you to a local specialist.
What Do You Do If You Can’t Afford a Dentist?
Dental care is important, but so is making sure that you can pay for it without breaking the bank.
